Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze Primary Casualty risks.
- Develop and underwrite Primary Casualty insurance policies, ensuring they meet the needs of clients while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
- Use this knowledge to inform underwriting decisions and policy development.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a holistic approach to risk management and policy issuance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience (Primary Casualty).
- Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Team player that can provide creative solutions while working in a collaborative environment.
- Engaged in industry organizations and events.
- Strong broker relationship building skills.
- Can thrive in a remote work environment and travel as required.
