Undersea Warfare Wargame Adjudicator

About the role

Bring your extensive experience as a warfare-qualified submarine officer to work alongside thought leaders supporting war games. Represent current U.S. and adversary undersea warfare and antisubmarine warfare capabilities in wargames based on potential real-world scenarios. Provide planning and adjudication support to operational level naval wargames that educate and train Fleet staff.

Responsibilities

• Support wargame adjudication of Fleet operations and naval combat
• Represent the results of wargames with the goal of providing realistic interpretations
• Share career knowledge of submarine and undersea warfare operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a warfare-qualified submarine officer
• Knowledge of undersea warfare, antisubmarine warfare, and anti-surface warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures
• TSC/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on a Navy staff responsible for theater antisubmarine warfare operations
• Experience with naval wargaming at the tactical level
• Ability to develop and employ numerical and heuristic modeling of theater antisubmarine warfare operations
• Master's degree

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
