About the role
We are seeking a candidate for a Traffic Planning & Design position. This role involves planning and designing traffic systems to improve safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement traffic flow optimization strategies
- Conduct traffic studies and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in traffic planning and design
- Proficiency in traffic simulation software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices
- Experience with traffic signal design and intersection analysis
- Understanding of traffic modeling and forecasting techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficiency in GIS and transportation modeling software
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
