Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversight of safety on job sites ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Timely completion of assigned jobs with emphasis on quality of work.
- Maintenance of organization within the yard/warehouse.
- Resolution of customer complaints with satisfactory outcomes.
- Assistance in training new laborers.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Combination of technical training and/or experience.
- 1-2 years experience operating a drill and/or plow.
- 1-2 years experience in construction.
- Well-experienced with bore rigs and missiles.
