Underground Equipment Operator- Residential Plumbing

We are looking for a skilled Underground Plumber to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience in water service and sewer service repair and replacement, as well as underground utilities, who takes pride in quality work and wants opportunities to grow.

About the role

This position involves installing and repairing water and sewer systems, performing sewer line replacements, water service installs, and excavations, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions in the field while adhering to all safety standards and jobsite expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair water and sewer systems
• Perform sewer line replacements, water service installs, and excavations
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in the field
• Follow all safety standards and jobsite expectations

Requirements

• 5+ years of underground plumbing experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of sewer and water line installation/repair
• Experience with excavation and trench work
• Residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting plumbing systems)
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Solid understanding of jobsite safety and productivity
• Leak location and repair experience (a plus)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet climates depending on the weather
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must pass MVR Test
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
