Unassigned General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift-model, starting as early as 4am to do the first bake and open the store. During the day, you'll ensure the store is audit ready, handle catering/mobile/in-store orders, and provide exceptional customer service. Closing at 2pm allows for flexibility in scheduling and preparing for the next day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store including operations, staff management, and customer service
• Manage the store's finances, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget goals
• Recruit and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
• Hands-on operator with experience motivating and inspiring teams
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis and strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
