Our bakeries do more than just make the best breakfast in the neighborhood – we spread joy and happiness, and we are committed to work‑life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 pm so you never miss a dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. • During breakfast and lunch rushes, float in all positions where needed, manage breaks, and generate good customer survey results.
• Close the store at 2 pm, which typically takes 30‑45 minutes, and prep for the next day.
• Handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory tasks, preferably before the team arrives or after they leave.
• Take the daily deposit to the bank.
• Complete 5 weeks of training to manage all of the above.
