Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor - Montgomery County

About the role

BTI is currently seeking an Unarmed Rover Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight of officers and shifts at several of our regional sites in Montgomery County.

Responsibilities

• Secures premises by patrolling property
• Monitors and inspects buildings, equipment, and access points
• Acts as a visible deterrent to crime
• Identifies suspicious behavior
• Manages a security guard services contract
• Communicates effectively with others both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Previous supervision experience
• Clean driver record
• High School Diploma or GED
• MD Security Guard Certification
• Unarmed CPR/First Aid certification
