About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Spokane, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, professional communication, and support for a team-oriented culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas, access points, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
- Monitor for unauthorized access, unusual activity, and facility hazards, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.
- Support access control activities by verifying credentials, assisting visitors, and maintaining accurate daily activity records.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

$22.00 / Hour
