Unarmed Security Officer - ON CALL
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role requires a Security License and focuses on building meaningful connections through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
- Achie and pass an extensive screening process.
- Show exceptional customer service skills.
- Show proficiency in basic phone & computer skills.
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- Have a state license if required.

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of (varies), with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees.

ON CALL/ Flexible 1st/2nd or 2nd/3rd.
