Minimum Hiring Standards

• Current DPSST Unarmed certification
• Reliable means of communication
• Reliable means of transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen, physical and background investigation

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods - including inside, outside and on stairs
• Able to maintain mental focus for observation for long periods
• Able to stoop, bend, push, pull
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to work assigned hours - including overtime or double shifts up to 18 hours as emergency situations or staffing issues dictate
• Able to perform short periods (1-10 mins) of intense physical exertion that involve use of force, physically detaining or arresting uncooperative suspects
• Able to perform prolonged (4-8 hours) of moderate physical exertion for training with regular rest periods
