Job Skills / Requirements

• Hold a current Class D Security License
• Demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment
• Former law enforcement officers, military veterans, and experienced security professionals are highly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of residents, guests, and property through vigilance, professionalism, and service
• Monitor and control access to community entrances, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry
• Provide a visible and professional presence to promote a safe and secure environment
• Patrol community grounds to deter and detect potential safety or security concerns
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service calls, following established protocols
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and management to support daily operations
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and any incidents
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when needed
• Follow all client and TriCorps procedures to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance
