About the role

TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers in North Bethesda, Maryland. Applicants must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment while providing exceptional service in a secure and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to designated areas, ensuring authorized entry.
• Observe and report irregular or unusual activity promptly and accurately.
• Patrol the property to maintain safety, security, and visibility.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and professionally.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and customers.
• Investigate disturbances and document incidents thoroughly and clearly.
• Maintain detailed activity and incident reports in accordance with TriCorps standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maryland Guard Card

Schedule

Positions available in North Bethesda, Maryland. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time roles available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, as well as school hours and summers.

Pay

$21.50 per hour.
