Responsibilities

• Safeguard bank personnel, assets, and property.
• Screen visitors, contractors, and other personnel for authorization.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with first aid as needed.
• Patrol bank premises and enforce post orders.
• Prepare detailed incident reports.

Requirements

• Capable of handling physical demands, including responding to emergencies.
• Aged 21 or older (USA only).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Customer-focused and skilled in telephone communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed state certification and licensing, as required.
• Satisfactory drug test, criminal background check, and annual first aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Previous security officer experience or equivalent military or law enforcement experience.
