Unarmed Security Officer - 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to company facilities, including logging visitors and escorting terminated associates.
• Monitor and log vehicle traffic entering and exiting the premises.
• Answer and direct phone calls after business hours, handling inquiries as needed.
• Perform patrol rounds to ensure security and safety compliance.
• Aid in emergency responses and contact appropriate agencies as required.
• Operate and monitor video surveillance systems and maintain activity logs.
• Verify truck/trailer deliveries and log details into the MMS system.
• Open or close the facility as needed, including alarm and keypad procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months to one year of relevant experience is preferred, with New York State Certification being advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals is necessary.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English are required.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, reach, and communicate.
• Must occasionally walk and lift/move up to 20 pounds.

• Position 1: Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  Saturday: 11:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Position 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay

$20/HR + $1.00 Shift Differential
