Requirements
- MUST have a CURRENT BSIS Guard Card.
- Must have following gear: Duty belt, Baton (with permit), OC spray (with permit), and/or Taser, Hand Cuffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security checks and patrols within the building.
- Monitor security cameras and alarms.
- Ensure that all doors, windows, and gates are secured.
- Respond promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies.
- Aid with access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Maintain detailed records of all incidents, activities, and observations.
- Perform foot patrol and/or vehicle patrol.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations.
- Must be able to work independently and follow established protocols.
- Must possess a current valid Driver's License and may be required to submit a copy of their driving records.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Compensation
- Weekly Pay (every Thursday).
- Training and Development.
- Health insurance.
- Pay rate: $17-19.
