Job Responsibilities
- Patrols assigned areas of facilities and grounds and responds to emergency situations and calls for service
- Maintain authorization for entry of vehicles or people on Foxconn property
- Removes unauthorized personnel or trespassers from the area
- Performs security checks of all exits, doors, and access points
- Reports potential hazards or equipment malfunctions/alarms to appropriate personnel
- Maintains surveillance of surveillance cameras
- Performs security patrols throughout the buildings as well as exterior patrols of the Foxconn property
- Enforces traffic and parking within assigned area and participates in foot and vehicle patrols
- Monitors and investigates potential/actual security threats
- Documents and manages security incidents and hazards
- Maintains knowledge and follows policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans
- Operates vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- Provides assistance to employees/visitors in need
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR Certification (preferred; company will provide mandatory CPR/First-Aid training)
- Prior experience working in security (preferred)
- Valid State of Wisconsin Driver’s License accompanied with the ability to safely operate vehicle
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Handle crisis situations, calmly and efficiently
Physical Requirements
- Work in various environments (indoors and outdoors) such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
- Able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Able to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift
- Able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
- Able to maintain attention and stay alert for the duration of your shift
