About the role

Full-time, non-exempt position based in Fort Worth, TX 76120. Schedule: Sunday 1700–0500, Monday & Saturday 2000–0500. $18.50 per hour with daily pay available the next day. Use of a company vehicle required. Must be over 21, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a DMV background check.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor access points
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety hazards that may endanger personnel or the public
• Conduct foot patrols to maintain visibility and observe unusual activity
• Deter theft and vandalism
• Provide a safe and professional environment for clients, associates, and facility personnel
• Complete daily administrative documentation accurately and concisely
• Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while on duty
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Capable of handling stressful situations and emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• One year of security experience
• Active Guard Card (training provided if not already held)
