About the role

The flex security officer position offers shift times of 3 pm - 11 pm or 11 pm - 7 am, with opportunities to move into full-time roles. This position requires weekend availability and provides daily pay—get paid as soon as the next day!

Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and observe unusual activities at client facilities
• Serve as a visual deterrent against theft and vandalism
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Keep daily administrative documentation concise and complete
• Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Active, unarmed security license is required
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Available to work morning, swing shift, or nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of security experience (Preferred)
• Driver’s License (Preferred)
• Active Security License/PERC (Required)
• TWIC (Required)

Pay

$19.00 per hour
