Unanet CRM Administrator

About the role

Anchor QEA is seeking an experienced, solutions-oriented, and data-driven Unanet CRM Administrator to support continued growth. Reporting to the Director of Market Sectors, this role will serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for Anchor QEA’s CRM platform, Unanet. The Unanet CRM Administrator will strengthen the systems, data, workflows, reporting, integrations, and user practices that support business development across the firm. The primary objective is to transform CRM data into trusted, actionable business intelligence that increases visibility into client relationships, sales activity, pursuits, pipeline, and forecasts. Working across Market Sectors, Client Experience, Finance, Operations, and Information Technology, this individual will ensure Unanet functions as a reliable and scalable business development operating system—not simply a repository of contacts and opportunities. The successful candidate will bring significant hands-on Unanet CRM experience within the AEC consulting or professional services industry. Through strong system ownership, data governance, reporting, automation, and user adoption, this role will help Anchor QEA position earlier, pursue more strategically, and make better-informed growth decisions.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration and Governance: Serve as Anchor QEA’s administrator and internal expert for Unanet CRM; manage system configuration, fields, forms, workflows, permissions, security roles, notifications, business rules, upgrades, and user access; establish and maintain CRM governance standards, including required fields, naming conventions, opportunity stages, and record ownership; maintain system documentation, configuration records, process maps, data dictionaries, and administrative procedures; serve as primary liaison with Unanet customer success, support, product, and technical teams; monitor system performance, usage, support requests, and product releases to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
