UMMC Center for Telehealth Venyu Technology Campus
About the Role
The Venyu Technology Center is a new technology campus featuring a 40,000-square-foot renovation of the historic former McRae’s Department store to house a state-of-the-art commercial data center, alongside the new construction of two additional buildings totaling 48,000 square feet. This facility will provide critical infrastructure for the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s expanding Center for Telehealth headquarters.
Duvall Decker, through its development entity Eldon Development, led the project’s development and served as the architect for the facility’s design. The project was supported by Engineering Resource Group, Inc, Jon D Rice & Associates, LLC, Structural Engineering Associates, LLC, McMaster & Associates, Inc, and LA South.
