UM Charles Regional Medical Center- Full-Time Anesthesiologist
About the role
NorthStar is offering a Full-Time Anesthesiology opportunity with a unique schedule: 7a-7p, 1 week on, 2 weeks off (total of 17.5 weeks per year).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a care-team model with a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Ortho, GI, and OB.
- Work in a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team.
- Receive a competitive compensation and benefit package which includes a $100k sign-on bonus, total annual compensation of $375k, base salary, and a quality bonus.
Requirements
- Current license to practice anesthesiology in Maryland.
- At least 3 years of experience in anesthesiology.
- Experience in a collaborative care-team environment.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
