Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a surgery center, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Demonstrate flexibility by picking up additional shifts and maintaining a full-time schedule with no overnight call, weekends, or holidays.
- Contribute to a collaborative practice environment and participate as a shareholder in a member-owned group, influencing practice growth and development.
- Deliver perioperative anesthesia care, manage patient needs, and collaborate with surgical teams.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care while optimizing workflow and schedule flexibility.
Qualifications
- Medical degree with anesthesia specialization
- Valid medical license
- Board certification
