About the Role
Performs quality Ultrasound procedures, follows physician’s orders, practices quality patient care, exercises excellent customer service, maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, and is involved in department initiatives.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- ARRT-VS (Vascular Sonography), or RVT (Registered Vascular Technician), or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist)
- Vocational School Graduate, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
