Ultrasound Technologist - OB/GYN

About the Role

Perform diagnostic medical sonographic exams, assist physicians as needed, and carry out related duties under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Support physicians during diagnostic exams.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound training program or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to take ARDMS registry examination; obtain ARDMS certification within one year of hire.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years ultrasound technologist experience.

Skills

• Strong technical skills in sonography.
• Ability to collaborate with medical staff and support patient care.
