About the Role
Provides high-quality patient care through proficient ultrasound exams to support accurate radiologist interpretations. Contributes to the growth and improvement of the Diagnostic Imaging department by sharing ideas and reporting areas needing enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Performing ultrasound procedures with skill and accuracy.
- Participating in department development initiatives.
- Bringing suggestions for operational improvements to management.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited medical sonography program.
- Obtain National Certification or Registration from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent within one year of hire.
- Maintain current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
