Ultrasound Technologist - Newberry & Shrewsbury PA

About the role

Full-time or PRN position covering two locations: Shrewsbury and Newberry. Roshal Health was founded over 20 years ago by a Diagnostic Imaging Professional with a focus on patient care and work/life balance for technologists. The company operates nationally, offering both local and travel opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• Ensure equipment and area cleanliness
• Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
• Use necessary technical equipment in diagnostic modality
• Complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB, and general vascular scans/procedures
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications
