Ultrasound Technologist (Montgomery)

About the role

Company We are an established multi-site imaging company (since 2007) looking to hire a team member that can provide general, vascular, and cardiac testing for our physician's offices.

Responsibilities

• Tired of working weekends, holidays, and being on-call? Look no further.
• Limited Travel is required with travel reimbursement.
• This position requires experience in vascular, general, and echocardiography ultrasounds.
• We perform ultrasounds in private practice physician clinics.

Requirements

• The candidate must put patient care as their number one priority and treat everyone they encounter with respect and compassion consistently.
• Must be registered in at least one modality of ultrasound.
• Two years of experience preferred and be proficient in general, vascular, and echocardiography ultrasounds.
• Experience with other mobile imaging companies or travel companies is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel within approximately a two-hour radius.
• Must be proficient and comfortable scanning and working independently with a radiologist reading the reports and exams that you submit.
• Must be able to utilize email, fax, PACS system, ultrasound machine, and computer.
• Must submit all paperwork and images completely and on time daily.
• Must be willing and able to learn and perform exams to our protocol standards.

Qualifications

• Associate (required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• ARRT Certification (Preferred)
• ARDMS (Required)

Skills

• Proficient in general, vascular, and echocardiography ultrasounds
• Willingness to travel within a two-hour radius
• Ability to work independently with a radiologist
• Proficiency in using email, fax, PACS system, ultrasound machine, and computer

Pay

• Tier 1 – $26.00 - $30.00 (1 to 3 years of experience)
• Tier 2 - $31.00 - $35.00 (4 to 6 years of experience)
• Tier 3 - $36 and up (7+ years of experience)

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
