Ultrasound Technologist - Mammography

About the role

We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in Mammography to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on diverse patient populations under the supervision of a Radiologist.

Responsibilities

• Independently conducting ultrasound exams following established protocols
• Ensuring quality image acquisition and patient safety
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to support accurate diagnosis

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program
• Associate's Degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent experience
• National certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or registry eligibility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of medical sonography experience as a Registered or Registry-Eligible Sonographer
