Ultrasound Technologist Lead

Role Overview Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Ensures high-quality exams, safe patient care, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Organizes daily operational functions and workflow to maintain efficiency.Applies thorough understanding of radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols.Completes documentation to ensure compliance with policies.Maintains equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.Achieves assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care or similar setting.Registered with ARDMS and/or RVT; BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.Basic computer literacy skills.
