Ultrasound Technologist - GIG/Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the Role

Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This per diem/PRN position involves floating between facilities, providing compassionate care, and maintaining high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality ultrasound imaging for diagnostic purposes
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Float between facilities as needed
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Uphold technical and professional standards in sonography

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program with completed clinical hours
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Active ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI registries, or BLS certification
• State licensure if required by location

• Proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Attention to detail in capturing and interpreting images
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
