Ultrasound Technologist / Ultrasonographer Location: Liverpool, New York Employment Type: Full-Time (2 openings) | Part-Time opportunities available (up to 20 hours/week) Key Responsibilities Review patient history and provider orders prior to examinationsPrepare patients and explain imaging proceduresPerform diagnostic ultrasound examinations independentlyObtain high-quality images and measurements for physician interpretationConduct specialized scans including: Kidney ultrasounds, Bladder ultrasounds & Scrotal ultrasoundsMaintain accurate patient documentation within the EMR systemEnsure proper maintenance and operation of ultrasound equipmentFollow infection control, safety, and quality standardsProvide exceptional patient-centered care Qualifications Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related fieldCurrent ARDMS/RDMS certificationCurrent CPR/BLS certificationNew graduates are welcome to applyAbility to work independently Preferred 1+ years of ultrasound experienceExperience in outpatient or specialty practice settingsFamiliarity with EMR systems (experience with Medent is a plus)Experience using Philips or Siemens ultrasound equipment Schedule Full-Time: Monday-FridayTypical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMPart-Time opportunities available (20 hours or less per week)Four-day workweek may be consideredOptional overtime opportunities available for occasional Saturday coverage Compensation $37.00 - $45.02 per hourNew graduates considered at the lower end of the rangeCandidates with 3+ years of experience typically start at $42+/hour Work Environment Primarily based in Liverpool, NYOccasional coverage at a nearby office may be required based on operational needs or staff PTO coverage If you're a skilled and patient-focused Ultrasound Technologist looking for a rewarding opportunity with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
