Ultrasound Technician – Cardiac

About the role

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist responsible for operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, preparing patients with compassion, and producing detailed cardiac images for interpretation in a vibrant community setting. This role offers flexibility, stability, and impactful work across local campuses.

Responsibilities

• Perform 7-8 echocardiographic scans daily across local campuses, with possible floating within the discipline
• Provide patient care and produce high-quality cardiac images for diagnostic interpretation

Requirements

• National certification from ARDMS or CCI
• At least 2 years of experience in echocardiography
• BLS certification
• Completion of a travel contract
• Epic experience
• Active Iowa state license
• RDCS and RVT certifications
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Proven experience in echocardiography and vascular technology
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
