Ultrasound Tech, Radiology, PRN

About the role

Performs two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs. Participates in Performance Improvement activities.

Requirements

• Graduation from an AMA approved school of Ultrasound Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARDMS or Board eligible.
• Current BCLS certification.

Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Specific experience and training in Ultrasound.

Pre-employment requirements include a criminal history check and screening for illegal drug use. Final job offer is contingent upon successful completion of these screenings.
