Ultrasonic Operator

Main duties

• Carry out production preparation (tool components, etc.) in accordance with manufacturing standards.
• Carry out production operation.
• Carry out checks and apply defined reaction methods in accordance with instructions.
• Make the required recordings.
• Detect and report dangerous situations.
• Carry out 1st level maintenance (cleaning of workstation, etc.).

Assessment indicators

• Number of non-conformities during workstation audits
• Quality indicator / Productivity indicator
• Compliance with preventive planning

Main duties include carrying out production preparation, production operation, checks, maintenance, and reporting dangerous situations. Assessment indicators are provided for each duty.
