ULF Palletizer and Forklift Operator

Forklift Operations

• Operate forklifts to place finished palletized product into designated storage locations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Supply pallets and wrap to machines as needed.

Equipment/Software Skills

• Basic computer operation skills, including use of “point and click” programs.
• Sufficient understanding of the ERP system, including efficient operation of the M3 scanner for inventory and record reconciliation.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Able to wear a respirator.

Mental/Reasoning

• Must be able to analyze information quickly to provide feedback in the manufacturing process and troubleshoot equipment failures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food preparation or industrial setting preferred.
• Forklift/Industrial Truck certification preferred.
