Forklift Operator

Position Summary

Responsible to operate a forklift to move, load, unload, relocate and stack merchandise. Responsible for pulling and staging orders for delivery; unload inbound and load outbound shipments and move products to dispersing trailers. Responsible for safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and maintaining facility's equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting, walking, and standing
• Use hands to handle, grasp, and twist objects, tools, or controls
• Use both feet for repetitive movements as in operating foot controls
• Frequent walking, talking, crouching, kneeling, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching with the hands and arms
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
