Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Communicates with manager and entire support team in order to understand daily tasks and expectations.
- Reports and analyzes inventory discrepancies.
- Suggests process improvements.
- Affixes to support team with effective and thorough training of new warehouse associates.
- Complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as Agency policies.
- Requires Agency and OSHA certification for material handling equipment required to perform job tasks.
- Demonstrates and encourages high standards of honesty, integrity, trust, openness and respect for others.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to display and maintain a positive, friendly attitude in order to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintains mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties.
- Displays basic computer skills.
- Certified in use of baler, forklift, tilter, lock out/tag out, stacker, fork lift/high lift as applicable.
- Completes GINNE safety certification training.
- Passes criminal background check and driving check that meets agency standards.
- Can sit, stand, bend, reach and lift.
- Can push/pull up to 50lbs.
Pay
$17 per hour
Schedule
Sunday-Thursday 5am-1:30pm
