You Are An experienced UKG Payroll Consultant with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning. You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams. The Work As a UKG Payroll Consultant, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding payroll implementations. Your Responsibilities Will Include Implementing and Supporting the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.Migrate and Validate data during implementations.Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usageCollaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities) Job Responsibilities Functional Knowledge: Experience with Payroll History and General Ledger processes Delivery:Ability to support all aspects of payroll configurations, implementations, and enhancements Documentation & Training Develop comprehensive payroll discovery filesData Analysis & Communication:Ability to interpret WFM, HR and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly Governance & Compliance Maintain project required documentation and schedules appropriately Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll ServiceMinimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practicesBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience Bonus Points If You have team lead experienceYou have experience working with offshore teammatesYou have UKG Ready CertificationsYou have led customer escalations Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
