UKG Pro WFM Professional - Workday HRIS Location: USA | Remote with client travelEmployment Type: Permanent About the Opportunity A growing HR technology and consulting organization is rebuilding and strengthening its Workforce Management (WFM) practice and is looking to bring experienced, client-facing UKG professionals into the permanent team.The organization is currently undertaking a significant restructuring of its implementation and consulting capability, with a clear focus on building a stronger long-term team, developing internal expertise and becoming a more integrated partner to its clients.As part of this growth, they are looking for UKG Pro WFM Professionals with a secondary skill set across Workday HRIS.This is an opportunity to join during an important period of transformation and play a key role in helping shape the future structure of the WFM practice. The Role As a UKG Pro WFM Professional, you will work across client implementations, consulting engagements and WFM projects, providing hands-on expertise across the UKG Pro WFM ecosystem.You will be a client-facing member of the team, working closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide expertise and support successful delivery.The role will suit someone who combines strong UKG WFM knowledge with the communication skills and consulting mindset required to work directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Provide UKG Pro WFM expertise across consulting and implementation projectsWork directly with clients to understand requirements and business needsSupport the delivery of WFM projects and implementationsContribute to discovery, requirements gathering and solution discussionsProvide functional expertise across the UKG Pro WFM environmentWork collaboratively with other members of the consulting and implementation teamHelp strengthen and develop the organization's permanent WFM capabilityShare knowledge and contribute to the upskilling of the wider teamBring a consultative, client-focused approach to engagementsUtilize secondary Workday HRIS knowledge where relevant to client requirements What We're Looking For Strong professional experience with UKG Pro WFMExperience working within WFM consulting, implementation or project environmentsStrong client-facing and communication skillsAbility to work independently with clients and internal stakeholdersA consultative approach and strong understanding of client needsSecondary experience/knowledge across Workday HRISComfortable working within a changing and developing organizationA desire to contribute to building a long-term, high-performing team Why This Opportunity?
