UKG Payroll Implementation Specialist

Payroll Implementation Specialist – Manchester Area, NH KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with an established New Hampshire company seeking two Payroll Implementation Specialists. These newly added permanent positions will join a growing team and work directly with clients on payroll system implementations, configuration and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on payroll system implementation experience and enjoy working directly with clients in a project-oriented environment. Responsibilities Manage payroll system implementations from initial setup through launchWork with clients to understand requirements and configure appropriate solutionsCoordinate implementation timelines, testing and deliverablesTroubleshoot configuration and system issuesAssist with data validation and ensure accuracy throughout implementationTrain and support clients on system functionalityPartner with internal payroll and benefits teamsMaintain implementation documentation and client records Requirements Prior hands-on payroll/HCM implementation experienceExperience with a major payroll platform; UKG experience strongly preferredSolid understanding of payroll processesIntermediate Excel skillsStrong client-facing communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesDegree and payroll certification helpful but not required Compensation: $70K–$80K plus excellent benefits. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
