Main duties
- To manage and grow sales across the UK, Ireland and near-Europe through distributor channels, while developing strong partner relationships, supporting end-user trials and demonstrations, identifying new accounts, and delivering revenue, tonnage and margin targets.
- Field-based position covering the UK, Ireland and near-Europe.
- Responsible for managing and growing sales through distributors only.
- Expected to build relationships with distributor owners, sales teams and product managers.
- Involves in end-user visits, product trials and technical demonstrations.
- Required to identify, approach and onboard new distributor partners.
- Monitors competitor activity and supports the company’s market position.
- Accountable for delivering revenue, tonnage and margin targets.
- Opportunity to contribute to the longer-term international growth of the business.
- Proven success selling via business to business distribution channels is essential.
- Experience in industrial consumables or related technical products is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and territory management discipline.
- Confident with product demonstrations and comfortable working in a hands-on, technical sales environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- A European language such as Flemish, Dutch, French or German is advantageous, particularly to support Benelux coverage; Arabic would also be welcomed for the Middle East or Africa
- Some management experience would be beneficial, although this is not a people-heavy leadership role.

Schedule
Hybrid 1 to 2 days in the Office when not traveling
