About the role
Supports design, analysis, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of RPA solutions in federal government environments. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop intelligent automation solutions, design architectures, develop UiPath workflows, implement attended/unattended bots, troubleshoot production automations, and leverage AI and Document Understanding capabilities.
Key Functions
- Analyze business processes for automation opportunities
- Design end-to-end automation architectures
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath solutions
- Migrate attended automations to unattended platforms
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing bots
- Perform root cause analysis for automation failures
- Design Document Understanding solutions
- Implement Computer Vision capabilities
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks
- Support infrastructure configuration and Orchestrator administration
- Document requirements and technical designs
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Identify risks and dependencies
- Maintain client and team relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years experience, or Associate’s degree and 6 years, or High School diploma and 8 years
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, or supporting UiPath automation solutions
- Experience with attended/unattended automation deployments
- Experience troubleshooting and enhancing RPA solutions
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes
- Experience developing technical documentation and solution designs
- Experience with APIs, databases, web services, or enterprise applications
- Experience with SDLC, testing, and production support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certification
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification
- UiPath Business Analyst certification
