Engineer I - UiPath Developer

About the role

As an IT Engineer in an entry-level role, you'll support senior engineers in development, support activities, and project tasks. This position is designed for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in engineering or technology. You'll work within a designated domain such as networking, data, development, or application support, assisting with the design and development of engineering projects while growing your career.

This role requires a motivated Developer to support the development of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath RPA, Document Processing tools, and emerging AI technologies. It is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute to impactful projects, and develop skills in intelligent automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of engineering projects.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and execution.
• Perform calculations and analyses under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support the testing and validation of unit code, including error handling through pipelines.
• Learn and apply best practices in RPA development and AI integration.
• Assist in building and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath Cloud technology under the guidance of senior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Entry-level knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
• Entry-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
• Entry-level organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Entry-level experience from the classroom working with code repositories and automated code build solutions for CI/CD Pipelines.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Participation in automation or AI-related projects (academic, personal, or professional).
