About the role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Web Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of the design process, including conceptualization, wireframing, storyboarding, and final layout creation for both mobile and desktop platforms
- Apply current design trends and modern branding styles to craft compelling brand narratives and digital products
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution by obsessively attending to details in every aspect of the design
- Identify user needs through research and insights, translating findings into innovative website features and workflows
- Design and develop detailed interactions and user flows that realize project objectives
- Communicate design concepts, purpose, and thought process effectively to internal teams and clients
- Create high-quality, leading-edge designs for clients across various industries and business sizes, from SMBs to enterprise-level organizations
- Promote user-centered design practices and demonstrate their value to team members, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
- Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to explore new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts
- Handle high-end projects confidently, utilizing both visual skills and professional communication to motivate and coordinate team efforts
- Participate in design critiques, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables
- Ensure organized management of all design files, layers, and folders for seamless project execution
- Work closely with the President and department leaders throughout each project's lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of website design experience
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong portfolio showcasing elegant and innovative web design projects
- Experience with Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Sketch is a plus
- Motion design experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel perfection
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
