UI/UX Visual Designer - AI Trainer
Opportunity Overview
Handshake is seeking skilled Inkscape users to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional job. You'll leverage your hands-on experience with vector design, logo creation, or print and web graphics to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that enhances AI's understanding of visual tasks and creative workflows.
Who This Is For
This role is suitable for experienced Inkscape users with backgrounds in graphic design, branding, or related fields. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Inkscape, including vector illustration, logo design, or icon creation.
What You'll Do
- Create tool-related questions based on your Inkscape experience
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world graphic design and brand identity workflows
Qualifications
- No prior AI or technical experience required
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Inkscape
- A strong working knowledge of vector design concepts and workflows
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and follow written guidelines
Work Model and Project Details
Status: Independent contractor
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement
Duration: Projects open periodically across different areas of expertise, with opportunities to be considered for future projects as they become available
