About the role
3–5 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
Experience with CMS platforms and dashboard/data visualization tools
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design tools
Strong coding ability in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
Understanding of SEO, UI/UX best practices, and WCAG accessibility guidelines
Experience working in Agile methodology
Proficiency with version control (Git/GitHub)
Responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces and experiences that meet business needs and user requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively

- State government experience preferred
