• Any Graduation (B.Tech / B.E. in computer science or related field)
• Experience: 3+ years

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox and Grid), and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular (preferred)
• Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
• Understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and wireframing
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and mockups for client presentations
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
• Experience using version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab
• Understanding of Agile design and development processes

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Translate user needs and business requirements into interactive, functional, and responsive UI components
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and perform usability testing
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to branding guidelines across all platforms
• Optimize designs for usability, performance, and accessibility
• Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction
