About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our expanding product team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences that enhance our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and user-friendly
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain and evolve design systems
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
• Support accessibility and usability practices to ensure inclusive product design
• Gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams and external users to refine designs
• Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to enhance mockups and visual concepts
• Create and maintain comprehensive UI component libraries for consistency across products
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design approaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design or a related field
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS web applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Design and Figma Make
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex and innovative design solutions
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Ability to listen to feedback and iterate on designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with usability testing or user research
• Knowledge of front-end development principles
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
