Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with our product team and developers to ensure the creation of engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Test UI elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, and landing pages.
- Implement responsive design to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience across all devices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in UI/UX design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative nature for working with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and knowledge of current mobile and web design trends.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and integrate it into design solutions.
Pay
Surge offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience and proficiency in UI/UX design.
